We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may replace the product within given options.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may replace the product. For the process of replacement, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging. The product replacement is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

We do not offer free reverse pick-up services for any orders shipped. However we can initiate a reverse on paid basis (the cost will borne by you), to initiate a reverse pick-up request email us at aaurealroots@gmail.com along with reason of replacement. Additionally we would need backup pictures and videos depicting in-case of the damaged product at the time of delivery. 

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:

Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package

1. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in.
2. Insert the email confirmation and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
3. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given in email should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.

4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
5. Once we receive the returned courier at our address, we will initiate the replacement for the items returned. Once we initiate the replacement, it may take 10-15 days’ time to reflect at its source. 
6. Online orders can be replaced within 14 days of order delivery.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you ship the items to us for replacement, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without receiving our confirmation. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
